The price depends on the tier your subject belongs to: the depth of analysis and the seniority of the consultant are not the same.

Hours included: 4 h on a diagnostic package, 7 h per day, 12 h per week and 40 h per month on a subscription. Beyond that: €140 an hour, once you have agreed in writing.

These two rates set aside a recurring volume of hours, from 1 week and up to 6 weeks or months that can be ordered online. It is the format for prospecting that is kept up week after week.

What happens between sessions
The written report is already included in all our rates. These levels cover only the follow-up between two meetings.

A 30-minute follow-up call every week, on top of the sessions, to keep the action plan on track between meetings.

Enhanced follow-up
A weekly call, a direct line open Monday to Friday, and a monthly steering committee with your partners or your management team.

Detailed action plan
A ten- to fifteen-page document setting out the conclusions: priorities in order, an owner and a deadline for each, indicators to track them by. Delivered within 5 working days.

Running a collaborative workshop with your teams, on top of the consultancy sessions: framing, production, debrief. Charged by the hour.
