Before proposing anything at all, we measure. You come away with a document that belongs to you and that stays usable even if you do not go on to work with us. From €390.
The rate
One published price per field
The price depends on the field and on the depth of analysis it calls for. It covers the analysis, the debrief and the written report.
What is included
- 4 hours of analysis on your real figures and your real processes
- A framing interview with the business owner, beforehand
- The interviews needed with your key people
- A written, costed assessment, free of jargon
- Three to five levers ranked by impact and by difficulty
- A one-hour debrief, in which we answer your questions
The written report is handed over within 5 working days of the debrief. Beyond the 4 hours included, the extra hour is charged at €140, once you have agreed in writing.
What is not
- Putting the levers identified into practice: that is the subject of an engagement or a subscription, if you wish
- Keeping your books and drawing up your annual accounts, which are for your accountant
- Any personalised recommendation on financial investments or the drafting of legal instruments

To get started
What we will ask you for
Without these, the analysis rests on what we are told and loses most of its value. Everything is covered by a confidentiality undertaking.
- A Kbis extract (French company registration certificate) less than three months old
- The last two sets of annual accounts, or interim accounts
- An organisation chart or a list of the people involved
- Read access to the management tools covered by the engagement
Booking
Choose the date that suits you: the number of diagnostics we run in parallel is deliberately limited, so that each one is carried out by the consultant who framed it.
Payment
Payment online when you order, on a secure SumUp page. We confirm the slot and the consultant within 24 h, and refund you in full if we cannot hold it.
Cancellation
Free of charge up to 48 h before the session. Rescheduling at your request after that is charged at €90.
